Sam has over ten years of commercial experience in the finance and IT sectors. Since 2009, Sam has been a guest lecturer and educational consultant as well as developing online programmes for business qualifications. Most recently Sam has taught a range of business qualifications with the Association of Business Executives (ABE) from foundation to master levels along with Edexcel and MBA degrees. Sam is particularly interested in international strategy, marketing, project management and critical thinking and has co-written several foundation programmes for business colleges. As well as being the Director of OSME and head of corporate programmes Sam is also an associate lecturer at Oxford Brookes University and the director of NH Global Educational services.
Trilingual in Arabic, English and Spanish, Sam has taught a wide variety of students from South America to the Middle East, to Europe and the Far East, and very much enjoys the exchanges in case studies that the students and teachers bring to the classroom.
Lynn has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing. She is also passionate about learning & development and, as such, regularly combines the 3 disciplines by working with clients to develop and deliver bespoke development programmes for employees. Lynn has worked with a large variety of organisations including Microsoft, Vodafone, KPMG, Sony & Bacardi Martini. She also works with universities developing degree programmes and lecturing at Oxford Brookes in her core subjects which include Marketing and Customer Relationship Management.
Lynn has previously worked as a senior marketer with Reed Exhibitions and in sales for 3M Healthcare, AAH Pharmaceutical and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. In her latter position at CIM she was also Director of Sales & Marketing leading a team of 50 employees.
As a qualified educator, Lynn believes that it’s important to work with delegates to understand their individual development needs, so that any learning intervention meets their profile precisely. She is enthusiastic about what she does and loves to share her experiences and skills with like-minded individuals in a positive and motivating learning environment.

Developed a new BA degree programme for Oxford Brookes Business School in Event Management which was successfully validated in June 2015.

Nigel Bryant | Seminar Leader
Nigel is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist practicing as an HR specialist. After gaining his initial management experience in the NHS, he joined The Polytechnic of Wales to help set up the Health Care Studies Unit at. He then moved to Cranfield School of Management in 1985 giving him an opportunity to develop his understanding of the private sector and build his consultancy skills. He left Cranfield in 1988 to set up his own HR consultancy working with major clients including Shell, Barclays, Toyota, and SMEs.
Although busy running his consultancy, Nigel has always found time to contribute to the academic world including De Montfort University, ESCP-EAP European School of Management, and, most recently, Oxford Brookes University. He has experience of teaching on a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes teaching HRM, Occupational Psychology, Organisational Studies and Intercultural Studies.
Prof Dr Piyush Goel
As an entrepreneur, academicians, and health informatics professional, Dr. Piyush Goel has worked in the International Healthcare industry for over 15 years. Managed various overseas e-learning projects focusing in India, Dubai and UK and has extensive experience in today’s emerging Global healthcare market and e-Governance. He operated with International healthcare Groups like UKTI, Healthcare UK focusing on medical informatics, healthcare management, training and development and clinical research.
I have experience of playing lead roles in NHS and BUPA, responsible for identifying opportunities to improve quality and affordability to health care through analysis of data and transforming business intelligence into action plans. Dr. Piyush Goel has emerged as a keen planner and implementer with track record of developing operational policies/norms systems and controls. He has efficiently handled quality management in healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. He is a dedicated and self- motivated leader with proficiency in delivering Project & Program Management, Business Change Management, Process Development, Compliance, Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety and Clinical Research.
In the course of his medical career Dr. Piyush Goel at King’s College Hospital London, has displayed sheer business acumen in leading and managing the operations, effectively discharging the functions and achieving higher rate of organic growth. It is hard to come across such a pragmatic, customer focused individual who leads by example and can communicate effectively with people at diverse levels.
He is advisor to BAIDS and is the founder/ CEO of a successful British Healthcare Group, IndDEC British Centre’s of clinical Excellence.
Paschal is a Legal practitioner. He has also lectured in business and commercial law, engaged in tutoring and seminar presentations in Africa, Europe and in the USA and presented academic papers in the UK and abroad . He is a Lawyer of over 30 years post call experience with practice interests in cross border legal practice , corporate and commercial law, Employment law, Business affairs, immigration & human rights, Maritime law , Arbitration and other forms of Alternative dispute resolution mechanisms .Currently , he is a practicing Solicitor in England & Wales and as a Barrister, Solicitor and Notary public of the Supreme court of Nigeria. He was a visiting Lecturer at Newman University, Birmingham. He holds LL.B(Hons). LL.M and B.L degrees in law, an MBA in international Management and a professional teaching qualification (PGCE) in higher education and Professional Practice from the University of Wolverhampton.
